About Us

Empire Crepe’s journey has been a long and winding road. Born from a desire to bring our delicious French crepes to Kelowna, we discovered we actually “know our onions” (1920s slang for knowing what the heck you’re talkin’ about!) when it comes to food.

We owned a crepe food truck business in the eastern United States for four years and knew that our journey would lead us elsewhere. Relocating to Kelowna is an exciting venture for our little family and with it comes change and opportunity; opportunity to open a cafe that features our signature French crepes, healthy and filling salads, soul-warming soups, signature coffee blend and a few naughty baked items to delight our diners.

Whether it’s wanting a cafe with ambience and nostalgia of the Jazz Age and Art Deco period, or needing to get your fix when you catch the aroma of a freshly made crepe, Empire Crepe is there to offer up all of that and more. We think our food and little cafe is the cat’s pajamas and you’ll leave in resounding agreement with us - those folks really know their onions!

You read that right. We offer a gluten free crepe for those who cannot or choose not to have our traditional flour-based crepes. 100% gluten free, 100% delicious with both our savoury and sweet fillings. Ain't no stoppin' you now. Get over here and have your fill.

Find Your Vibe at the Empire

We’re spilling the tea on our first event. Thursday, May 4th at 7 pm, we’re hosting “Find Your Vibe at The Empire”. The Empire is in cahoots with Intimate Wellbeing, a sexual wellness boutique. These two plucky gals from Vernon are passionate about helping women find their joy in their sex lives. Yes - toys, lubes and MORE toys. And just to gild the lily, the ladies from Shucked Oyster Co will be setting up a raw bar to titillate our senses, along with mini sweet crepes from us!

Tickets can be purchased at Empire Crepe for $20 and all proceeds go to the Kelowna Women’s Shelter. Get them early cuz’ this soiree will sell out fast.

Chef Brandi is chock full of ideas. Her creativity and talents can not be contained by any mere menu, even if it is as delicious as ours.
